How to use	The best thing is to use THE SCRUB during the shower and after the shower gel, in this way the exfoliation will be deeper and more impactful. Spread the scrub on the skin, massage with circular movements while insisting on the most thickened areas. Then remove the residue by rinsing thoroughly. In case you can also use a damp cotton or linen cloth, or a natural sponge.
